You may have clicked on Foreign Address for the payer in the 1099-R screen.
- You can sign in to your return.
- Go to Federal, Wages and Income.
- Scroll down to All income and Revisit the IRA, 401 K, Retirement plan withdrawals. You can Edit the 1099-R.

In the 1099-R screen, under location click on U.S. address. See screen shot below.
Or try this to go to your 1099-R:
- Open
(continue) return if you don't already have it open.
- Inside TurboTax, search
for 1099-R or 1099R (lower-case works too) and then click or
tap the "Jump to" link in the search results. Once you reach your 1099-R entries screen, you can Edit.
