Once you find your prior year return you can use the amendment program to open the return ... just skip the amendment screen ... and look but don't touch.
Go Your Tax Returns and Documents at the bottom
of the main screen on the the Tax Home page.
This will take you to
the 2016 Timeline. Under the section Some things you
can do: Click on Download .tax file and click on amend a return.
