Thanks. The problem was I was expecting to see Form 8606 'before' I file, but when I spoke to a TT Expert and shared my account info, she clarified that she can already see the 8606 form in my file, but I'll get to see it only AFTER I finish filing....
Regarding Form 5498, what I meant was when I completed the Roth Recharacterization steps, I see 'Form 5498' was listed in the IRA section under 'Deductions & Credits'...
