Retirement tax questions

Thanks you again @dmertz for your response. Based on only the Roth Recharacterization part, the Turbo Tax online version generated a 5498 form, the last page of which shows. 

Is that all that I'll have to do for tax filing for the year 2025? Do I need to manually add a 8606 form for 2025 in addition to the 5498 that was system generated based on my inputs? Or will it be only required when I report the Conversion from my Traditional IRA to Roth IRA next year?
