The 1099-R is my pension for which I voluntarily withheld both federal (4) and state taxes (14). Line 16 is state distribution...am I suppose to put what my pension distributed to me into line 16 in order to be able to file my taxes online? I don't understand what is happening because I've been receiving a pension and filing taxes for years and never had an issue until now.
