My Turbotax Form CSA-1099R in the step-by-step instructions for Box 14 only allows one state to be entered. I went to the forms view and entered the second state information and then reverted to the step-by-step instructions. When I did so, the second state tax withheld was erroneously placed in Box 16 State Distribution Amount. The form software needs to be revised.
