TurboTax seems to have several significant errors this year that it has not had in the past. I am having the same issue with TurboTax taxing the Earnings from my SC 529 Plan, even though they are not taxable. It is never asking me for room and board or other type expenses. I didn't have an issue in the past addressing this. I think i could have done my taxes faster if I had printed out the forms and filled them in manually.....like I did when I was much younger!! Very disappointing!! I'd love to hear TurboTax explain this.
