Same SS# but Box 3 is different as is Box 5. Box shows "deductions for work and other adj and Benefits repaid to SSA in 2025.
Also the primary sssa-1099, Box 3 shows at the bottom *includes $$ with a note paid in 2025 for 2024??
Can I just add another ssa-1099?
