should IRA show up in line 4a and not in line 5a or 1040-SR?

Using Premier. 1099-Rs from our IRAs downloaded correctly and EasyStep asked about RMDs. However, the income is entered in line 5a or 1040-SR instead of line 4a. Is this a bug in Turbotax?
