As I review your tax return, the only change I made was to enter a zero for the amount of health insurance payment in Box 5. Your Oklahoma (OK) return shows the correct reduction in both the pension types indicated and on the Retirement Exclusion Worksheet:
- $10,000 - OK or Federal Retirement
- $44,026 - Civil Service per your numbers above
The subtractions on Line 2, Form 511 include the correct amounts. You can go to Forms and click on that line to show how they arrived at the total.
