To verify that your annuity rollover reported on Form 1099-R with code G in box 7 is not showing as taxable on your tax return, review your Form 1040. To do so in TurboTax Online:
- With your return open in TurboTax Online...
- Click on Tax Tools in the menu on the left.
- Click on Tools in the drop-down menu.
- In the pop-up menu, click on View Tax Summary.
- Click on Preview my 1040 in the left-hand menu and review your Form 1040
You will see that amount of your annuity rollover is not included in Box 5b, the taxable portion of Pensions and Annuities.
