It is entered in the Miscellaneous Income section.   You'll receive Form 1099-LTC if you get money from long-term insurance or life insurance under an accelerated death benefits clause.

Here's how to enter your 1099-LTC into TurboTax:

Sign into your return in TurboTax on TurboTax Online.   Go to the long-term care screen under Federal, Wages & Income - Miscellaneous Income.  That link will take you directly to the entry screen in TurboTax Online.   OR

If you are using TurboTax Desktop, go to Wages and Income or Personal Income and scroll down to the last section - Less Common Income, then scroll to the last section in that section - Miscellaneous Income and then select start or update next to Long Term Care account distributions.
