If you are expecting a 1099-R, the best course of action would be to call your brokerage or obtain the 1099-R online. 

If you can't obtain your 1099-R, you can still file by creating a 'Substitute 1099-R' directly inside TurboTax. Enter as if you had received a 1099-R, continue through the interview and choose I need to file a substitute 1099-R on the screen labeled Do any of these situations apply to you?
