I am using Do it Yourself Premium online and have answered the address questions within the My Info section. My wife and I lived together at the same address for the entire year. I do not see any questions in the My Info section related to this checkbox and nothing we've been able to do will cause that checkbox to be checked by TurboTax. I'm thinking that there may be some bug in the software.
