Please go to
- Federal (on the left side-bar with TurboTax Online)
- Wages & Income
- Wages and Salaries (Form W-2)
- Update
Select EDIT for the W-2 with the missing information
If you are not able to edit Box 12, delete that W-2 and re-enter it manually (type it in)
