Did you import the 1099R into the software?
If so, follow these steps:
1. Delete the 1099R and start over
2. Go back to the option that asks for the 1099R information
3. At the screen that says Let's import your tax info, click Enter a Different Way
4. At the screen that says How would you like to upload, select Type it in Myself
5. Enter the 1099R information
6. Click continue
