Retirement tax questions
If you do not have a separate Roth IRA (not a plan sponsored by your employer) then you would answer No. You would also not report making any Roth IRA contributions. An IRA is not the same as a workplace plan, and if you have a workplace plan, the contributions are reported on your W-2 and nowhere else.
