Form 1040 or 1040-SR line 13b is not just for the deduction for seniors. Line 13b might include other deductions as well. There are 4 different deductions on Schedule 1-A. They are all added together on Form 1040 line 13b. The deduction for seniors is on Schedule 1-A line 37.
