Very diplomatic of you to say the process was not awesome 🙂 Unacceptable IMHO. It should be fixed by now. Sorry to hear of your inconveniences.
When I do my annual withdrawal now, instead of taking the entire $150 or so and apply it completely to my NYS withholding, I keep $1 for me. In that way I don't have that empty box. Very silly.
