I have the same issue. I'm using Mac desktop.
In the following up questions "rollover of 401(k) to Roth 401(k)", I answered yes. To the next question "was this money rolled over to a Roth IRA", I answered yes. but turbotax does not remember my answer. It keep going back to "no" for these 2 question.
I tried delete the 1099-R or quit the app or restart the computer, nothing changes.
talking to different customer support, no one solve the issue
