As I stated before, my 2023 Tax has both yes and no blank. for the SS question if you live in one of the allowed countries. I enter a lot of known information early January, so I don't know if that is an issue or not, but you would think if you don't have a foreign address entered, that it would flag it as an error. Again, poor programming.
