Retirement tax questions
I will bring your complaint to the attention of the developers.
In the meantime you should not pay the tax the IRS is assessing in their letter. You should write back to them pointing out that you are a dual citizen and living abroad currently.
You can file form 8854 to notify the IRS of your status. Returning a copy of that form to the IRS in response to their letter will explain your position. You can get that form here.
