It's improper for the payer to report on a single Form 1099-R distributions from different accounts. Perhaps what you received is a single sheet on which is printed two separate Forms 1099-R, each of which must be entered into TurboTax separately. If the sheet separately lists the gross amount distributed from each account, this suggests that you have received two Forms 1099-R printed on a single sheet.
