It should be right after the "Tell Us How Much You Transferred" screen in the IRA contribution interview. Please note, you need to enter more $0 on this screen to get the Explanation screen next.
- Click on "Search" on the top right and type “IRA contributions”
- Click on “Jump to IRA contributions"
- Select “traditional IRA” or "Roth IRA"
- Continue until you get the "Tell Us How Much You Transferred" screen enter more than $0
- Edit your entry on the "Your Explanation Statement" screen
