You can edit the Form 1099-R entry and delete the entries in box 5 and 6 if they are blank on your form.
- Find the Retirement Plans and Social Security menu option in the Wages and Income section of TurboTax
- Update IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R)
