Retirement tax questions
You do not need to enter anything about your employer on the 1099-R screen. After you enter the form, you will be asked what you did with the money. If you rolled over any of the money and put it back into a qualified plan, you can indicate that then. If you kept the money, don't indicate that you rolled it over and TurboTax will get the income correctly reported on your return.
