Retirement tax questions

No, enter your 1095-A exactly as issued.  If you received a reimbursement for medical expenses from your employer, enter that amount in the Medical Expenses section.  There's a specific question towards the end of the interview asking if you received any reimbursements.

 

In your state return, if you're not itemizing, you may be able to deduct part or all of your medical expenses anyway.  Here's a link to state DOR's to check their rules.
