Form 1099-R is used to report the distribution of retirement benefits such as pensions, annuities or other retirement plans.
To report the form on your return:
- Type Form 1099-R in the search box.
- Select Jump to Form 1099-R.
- On the screen Did you get a 1099-R in 2024? Select Yes. If you land on the screen Your 1099-R Entries, select Add another 1099-R
