Can you please try to delete and reenter your Form 1099-R. You might have to clear your cache and delete your cookies before reentering Form 1099-R.
- Click on "Search" on the top right and type “1099-R”
- Click on “Jump to 1099-R”
- On the "Here's your 1099-R info" screen delete Form 1099-R
- Clear you cache and delete your cookies
- Add Form 1099-R again and go through the follow-up questions.
