Can you please try to delete and reenter your Form 1099-R. You might have to delete cookies and clear your cache before reentering the Form 1099-R.
- Click on "Search" on the top right and type “1099-R”
- Click on “Jump to 1099-R”
- On the "Here's your 1099-R info" screen delete the Form 1099-R
- Reenter Form 1099-R and continue through the follow-up questions.
