Sorry I don't have those plans so I've never had to calculate using the Three Year Rule or the General Rule.
I don't understand what you're trying to accomplish.
Are you able to e-File?
If so, using a spreadsheet is a common way to get the correct numbers for your tax return.

I don't get this either, This implies you can already enter the correct amounts on Worksheet C.
