Can you help me to follow the Form 39R(1) from the expert review which informs me that the SS # should be removed on Line E3-SocSec. can I get help deleting the SS#?

The review states that 39R(1): Pt E-Fam Mem SSN:Line E3-Soc.Sec. number should be blank All I need Is Help removing this number from this form. Why can't I get answer which gave me instructions stating this number should be blank?
