Dawn, I had that same code. Following the advice from another person, I selected the option that I only had one character in the code. I entered either 4 or D. Went through the remaining questions in that section. Then went back and did it again, said only one character, but entered the other character. THEN I got a screen that said I had entered the same character (e.g., DD), which I had not, but it let me change one of them, so I changed one of them to 4. Voila, I sailed through after that.
