DoninGA, I dont see how that input form you displayed ( enter any withholding) applies to what we are talking about. The 1099-G interest paid to me from a government for a Refund they held for an extended time and owed me interest. We are reporting interest paid to me from the government on 1099-G . It has nothing to do with Withholding.
