Duplicate 1099 can't be deleted, doesn't appear anywhere in income

I am filing one 1099-NEC with my self-employment taxes this year. The correct, filled out 1099-NEC is appearing as normal in my "Income" section, with the ability to edit and delete. Everything else about my federal and state seem to be filing just fine.

 

However, when I review my taxes to try to submit them, I'm running into what seems to be a purely technical error and not based on anything I have entered. TurboTax is flagging a 1099-NEC that's completely blank, and my only option is to fill out the fields. I've triple-checked all the fields with information that I've entered, and this duplicate 1099-NEC is nowhere to be found for me to delete it. I have logged out and back in, I have refreshed the page, I have restarted my browser and computer. I am currently residing outside the U.S., so I can't receive a phone call, and the chat function won't let me chat or email with a real person for help resolving this. I'm using Turbo Tax "Premium" which apparently includes one-on-one support–is there any way to access that support in a secure way that doesn't require a US phone number?

 

This is the only thing preventing me from filing this year's taxes. Thanks in advance if anyone can help.
