The basis should be on you last filed Form 8606. Please see Form 8606 line 2 instructions for details.
You will find the value of your traditional IRA on December 31, 2024, on the end of the year statement. If you have more than one traditional/SEP/SIMPLE IRA then you need to add the values together.
