Looks like I have not choice and deal with the pro-rata rule.
What is "basis and the value of all traditional/SEP/SIMPLE IRAs on the end of the year" how/where will I find this information to answer the questions that TT will ask. Will TT calculate for every year I contributed that is from 2011 to 2025 March when I make the withdrawals?
