Possibility of filing Form 3520 for Foreign Pension?
Hi, My wife has an account with National Pension Systems (NPS) in India through her ex-employer in India. We moved to the United States 4 years ago and she has not been contributing anything to the NPS account and neither getting any income or distributions from that account. We have been reporting the NPS in Form 8938 and FBAR but i wanted to check if we also need to file Form 3520 and/or Form 3520A regarding the NPS account? Could you pls advise? Thanks
