I am a bit confused. You said the "Program will let me know if I need to send the 1098-C" form and that I should send it with tracking and not send the original.
I am filing electronically, or want to file electronically, but if I send it with tracking, I am mailing my forms to the IRS, correct?
Also, after entering the information regarding the car donation, I did not see 1$ increase in my return so what it the difference if I don't send the 1098-C form?
