2024 spouse with multiple IRAs took total RMD from only one (so only one 1099R received) - software only offers data entry for primary

Married filing joint, primary has one IRA with RMD taken, spouse has 2 IRAS but withdrew total amount of RMD required for both accounts from only one of the IRAs, so only received 1099R for the one which had withdrawals.  When stepping through entries the primary filer is given the option to add data for another account which had a RMD not taken (not exactly this case, but might be how it would be entered?) but the spouse is not given the same question. The page reads: "Did XXX miss a required distribution from any retirement accounts?"  if yes, the following page asks for the amount not taken.

So it seems there is no place to enter the additional RMD amount expected to have been taken from the other account without 1099R.

Should I create a 'fake' 1099R for the account with $0 withdrawal?
