Thank you mimyo, for sharing this. Neither of my prior two emails from them gave me a workaround beyond them suggestiong I use the Ohio website to file instead of TT. May I ask what Ohio specifically recommended you do to handle the issue? Perhaps a screenshot (black out anything private!) of Ohio's reply? I would then email to them myself again, and ask them if they would approve of the same for me if it seems applicable. Like you, having an official go ahead from Ohio would be much more comfortable for me.
