It seems you got an excess Roth IRA contribution carried over from your 2023 return or you entered that you had a previous excess contribution.
If you didn't have an excess contribution from the previous year then please remove the entry:
- Click on "Search" on the top right and type “IRA contributions”
- Click on “Jump to IRA contributions"
- Select “Roth IRA”
- On the "Do you have any Excess Roth Contributions" answer "Yes"
- On the "Enter Excess Contributions" screen delete the entry if you do not have an excess contribution from prior years (if you have an excess contribution from the prior year then you can apply the excess con the next screen)
You might want to check your 2023 return Form 5329 part IV if you had an excess contribution.
