After spending over an hour on the phone with an expert I was told it appeared to be a programming error. I could upgrade at my expense to speak with a tax expert to confirm the error. I chose the option of switching to H & R Block online. While I had to start from scratch I was able to complete taxes and file my returns with few issues and calculated taxes were the same as with TurboTax. I have no plans to return to TurboTax.
