Try double-checking your 1099-R as well. I had auto-imported mine, but when I manually reviewed it the 'IRA/SEM/SIMPLE' box (box 7) was NOT checked in the import, but should have been. This resolved the issue for me — it must be because it triggered it as an retirement account and not as a pension. Hope that helps!
