RMD no recognized as fully taken on MAC

I've entered three 1099-R's for an inherited IRAs on the desktop Mac version.  When I got to the 4th one, I ran into what appears to be a know program error according to other posts.  In my case, I entered the total amount distributed, the same amount as the taxable amount.  That amount was the RMD.  For other inherited IRAs, TT always asks the name of the deceased and if they were born before 1952.  For this 1099-R, the screen for the person's name never came up.  It then asked what the amount of the RMD was to have been, which is the same as the amount shown on line 1.  Turbo tax then says since the RMD was not taken, there will be a penalty.  Other posts have indicated that the programming error was fixed on 2/25/25, but that is clearly not the case in my Mac TT Premier.  The only way I can get around the programming error is to tell TT that the RMD was $0, which is not true.  The amount distributed was exactly the RMD amount.  I've been using TT for 20 years, but this will likely be my last year unless this error can be addressed with an update before I have to file with the bogus $0 entry.  Suggestions, tax experts?
