Please verify, that your wife has her Form 1099-R assigned to her. Also, make sure her IRA/SEP/SIMPLE box is checked in Form 1099-R her entry.
Go back to the retirement section:
- Click on "Search" on the top right and type “1099-R”
- Click on “Jump to 1099-R” and review the Form 1099-R entries.
