Retirement tax questions
The problem likely is that the state won't accept the W-2 entry with two separate employer numbers for various reasons. You will likely run into the same issue no matter what tax preparation program you use. The best recommendation is as mentioned by @MaryK4 to combine the entries and either omit the employer number or just use one of them.
