In response to VolvoGirl. I have 4 1099Rs. Only one had QCD. The QCD amount was much smaller than ($2,000 out of about $16,000) for the single 1099R. I did get screen about transfer to charity and answered that part of the distribution was tranfered to charity. I have updated my program.
All four 1099Rs were normal distributions. No amounts showed up on 5a and 5b. Total amount reported on line 4a around $70,000. Amount that should be on line 4b around $68,000.
