Retirement tax questions

You should select Deceased as the filing status and put the date of death. 

 

You should write 'Deceased' in her signature spot, then sign your name. The return must report all the decedent’s that tax years income, payments, and credits. The person signing the decedent’s return must indicate his or her relationship to the decedent (executor or person responsible for the affairs of the decedent).

 

You can mail the return to the appropriate address:

PA DEPT OF REVENUE, REFUND OR CREDIT REQUESTED, 3 REVENUE PLACE HARRISBURG PA 17129-0003

 

No Refund, No Payment

PA DEPT OF REVENUE, NO PAYMENT OR NO REFUND, 2 REVENUE PLACE HARRISBURG PA 17129-0002
