I am trying to finish my NJ State Taxes and no matter what I do, I keep getting a messge saying that I need to fill in Part B, Line 1 for "Last Years Unrecovered Contributions". I did as others suggested and copied the amount from my 1099-R Line 1 to Line 16 but I'm still getting this message? I have no clue what to enter, I've never filled out these forms ever? Thank you.
